  • Rice flour 2 tbs
  • salt. 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder. 1 tbs
  • coriander powder. 1 tsp
  • Baking powder. 1 tsp
  • Tarmaric Powder. 1/2 tsp
  • water. 3/4 cup
  • oil 1 tsp
  • carrot.,raddish.potato. 2
  • Sufficient oil for frying.

How to make Crispy spring garland vegetables.

  1. CORN STARCH,ALL PURPOSE FLOUR,RICE FLOUR,RED CHILLI POWDER,SALT, BAKING POWDER,OIL, CORIANDER POWDER
  2. POTATO,RADDISH,CARROT,
  3. TRANSFAR 1/2 CUP CORNSTARCH,1/2 CUP ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR IN A BOWL.
  4. ADD 2 TBS RICE FLOUR.
  5. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER.
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP TARMARIC POWDER.
  7. ADD 1 TBS RED CHILLI POWDER.
  8. ADD 1/2 TSP SALT.
  9. ADD 1 TSP OIL.
  10. ADD 3/4 CUP WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE.
  11. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
  12. ADD 1 TSP BAKING POWDER AND MIX WELL.
  13. CLEAN THE RADISH.
  14. CUT LENGTHWISE.
  15. CUT IN TO FOUR PCS LENGTH WISE .
  16. SHAPE IT UP.
  17. TAKE A POTATO.PRESS KNIFE EDGE UPPER TO MIDDLE .
  18. TURN OVER & CUT OPPOSITE SIDE OF POTATO UPTO MIDDLE.
  19. GOT THE SPRING GARLAND OF POTATO.
  20. CUT REDDISH SPRING GARLAND IN SAME PROCESS.
  21. CUT CARROT FROM UPPER TO MIDDLE.
  22. TURN IT AND ANOTHER SIDE IN SAME PROCESS, UPPER CARROT'S SPRING GARLAND.
  23. EMARGE THE VEGETABLES IN BATTER.
  24. HEAT SUFFICIENT OIL & DEEP FRY ALL VEGETABLE'S SPRING GARLAND .
  25. FRY EVENLY ALL SIDES.
  26. WHEN IT GETS BROWN COLOUR REMOVE FROM OIL.
