Ingredients to make Cauliflower chilli

  • cauliflower - 700 gms
  • water required to blanch
  • capsicum - 1
  • onion-3medium
  • garlic - 14 cloves
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • green chillies - 5
  • Sauces :
  • Tomatoe sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Green chilli sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Cauliflower chilli

  1. WASH, CUT AND BLANCH 700 GMS CAULIFLOWER IN HOT WATER FOR 5 MINUTES.
  2. 1 DICED CAPSICUM, 3 MEDIUM ONIONS, 2 GREEN CHILLIES, 14 CLOVES GARLIC CHOPPED
  3. DRAIN WATER FROM THE CAULIFLOWER DUST WITH 1/4 CUP OF CORNFLOUR
  4. DEEP FRY IN SMALL BATCHES
  5. ADD 2 TBSP OIL TO A WOK. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND CHILLIES
  6. ADD 2 TBSP OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE
  7. ADD DICED ONIONS AND STIR FRY ON HIGH
  8. ADD 1 TSP CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP SALT STIR FRY
  9. ADD 3 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES SAUTE. ADD THE DICED CAPSICUM STIR FRY
  10. ADD THE FRIED CAULIFLOWER
  11. ADD 3 TBSP EACH OF TOMATOE SAUCE AND GREEN CHILLI SAUCE
  12. ADD 1 TBSP SOYA SAUCE AND MIX WELL. STIR FRY
  13. READY TO SERVE!
  14. YUM!
