Mushroom do pyaja with naan

Ingredients to make Mushroom do pyaja with naan

  • mushroom 200 gm
  • onion 1 Chopped
  • ginger 5 pods
  • Tomato puree Of 3 tomatoes
  • green chillies 2 slitted
  • salt to taste
  • Poppy seed paste 2 tablespoon
  • red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • onion 2
  • Kasoori methi 1 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves
  • cream 2 tablespoon
  • oil 2 tablespoon
  • Dough for making naan

How to make Mushroom do pyaja with naan

  1. Make paste of onion and garlic. Chop the mushroom thinly
  2. Boil in water along with salt for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain water and wash with cold water. Chop onions into halved.
  4. Heat a pan add oil and add onion paste and saute it.when it starts leaving oil add tomato puree and cook till masala leaves oil. Add onion chopped and saute it. Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder , poppy seeds pasteand mix well. Saute it and add slitted green chillies ,mushrooms.
  5. Stir constantly for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add some water if needed.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes. Add cream and cook for 2 minutes. Add kasoori methi and coriander leaves. Add garam masala powder and mix well.
  7. Your mushroom do pyaja is ready to serve. Take a dough ball and flat it and cook in tandoor. Serve hot with naan. Or roti or rice.

My Tip:

You can add some water if you need some gravy.
