Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 5 bread slices (cut in four pieces)
  2. For batter
  3. 1 .5 cup soked moong dal (yellow)
  4. 4 fleks of garlic
  5. Small piece of ginger
  6. 2 green chillies
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2t.sp red chilli powder
  9. 1 t.sp. kasoori methi

Instructions

  1. Combine all Ingredients of batter and grind and make a very fine paste with the help of little water
  2. Now heat the oil and dip bread pieces in batter. Put in oil .
  3. Fry on medium flame till they become golden Brown
  4. Now serve hot pitthi pakora with minty dip
