  • 200 grams Paneer/ cottage cheese, grated or crumbled
  • 50 grams tang orange flavour piwder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter / ghee
  • 2 tablespoon all purpose flour/Maida

How to make SANTRA BURFI / INSTANT ORANGE BURFI

  1. HEAT 1 TABLESPOON GHEE IN A PAN
  2. ADD 200 GRAMS PANEER
  3. 50 GRAMS OF TANG ORANGE POWDER & 1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
  4. MIX IT WELL & ROAST UNTIL THE MIXTURE STARTS BUBBLING
  5. NOW ADD 2 TABLESPOON MAIDA. MIX.
  6. COOK THIS MIXTURE UNTIL IT COMES TOGETHER & FORMS A LUMP
  7. NOW PLACE THE MIX ON A GREASED PLATE & FLATTEN IT EVENLY
  8. GARNISH WITH SLICED ALMONDS
