A very interesting popcorn recipe which is quick and easy and taste delicious. Crunchy popcorn in pizza flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

2 packets Act II Popcorn (99 gms pack)
3 tbsps Olive oil
3 tbsps thick ketchup
1 tsp dried oregano
1½ tsp dried basil
¾ tsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp Red chilly flakes

Instructions

CUT OPEN THE OVERWRAP
POP THE POPCORN KERNELS AS PER PACKET INSTRUCTIONS
IN A BOWL ADD 3 TBSPS OLIVE OIL, 3 TBSPS THICK KETCHUP, 1 TSP DRIED OREGANO
11/2 TSPS DRIED BASIL, 3/4 DRIED PARSLEY, 1 TSP GARLIC POWDER, 3/4 TSP RED CHILLY FLAKES
MIX TO COMBINE THEM WELL
IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL POUR 2 PACKETS (99 GMS PACK) POPPED POPCORN
POUR THE HERB MIXTURE OVER IT
MIX WELL TO DISTRIBUTE THE MIXTURE IN THE POPCORN KERNELS.
PREHEAT OVEN AT 250° FOR 5 MINS AND LINE THE BAKING TRAY WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.
SPREAD THE POPCORN KERNELS IN THE LINED BAKING TRAY.
BAKE FOR 8-15 MINS DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN TOSSING EVERY COUPLE OF MINUTES
A COUPLE OF MINUTES BEFORE REMOVING FROM THE OVEN, SPRINKLE 1/2 CUP GRATED CHEESE AND ALLOW TO MELT.
REMOVE FROM OVEN AND ALLOW TO COOL COMPLETELY. THIS POPCORN IS BEST ENJOYED THE DAY IT’S MADE.
