Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tomato 2
  2. Tamarind gooseberry size
  3. Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  4. Garlic 4
  5. Greenchilli 2
  6. Onion 1/2
  7. Mustard urad dal 1 tsp
  8. Curry leaves 1 string
  9. Pepper jeera powder 3 tsp
  10. Salt as required
  11. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In bowl add tamarind water and crushed tomatoes,salt and coriander leaves.
  2. In pan heat oil add mustard urad dal,green chilli,onion and garlic mix well After add turmeric powder and pepper jeera powder.cook for 3-5 min.
  3. Now add tamarind and tomato mixture.
  4. Cook for 5-10 min.
