Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrots 1/2 kg
  2. Milk 1 kg
  3. Sugar 2 tbsp
  4. Dry fruits as per choice

Instructions

  1. Grate the carrots after washing.
  2. Put the grated carrots in a pan. Add boiled milk to it.
  3. Cook till the carrots become soft and the milk quantity is reduced. Add the sugar to it.
  4. Garnish it with dry fruits and the kheer is ready.
