Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup rice
  2. 1/2cup cottage cheese (panner)
  3. 1tbsp cornflour
  4. 1 cinnamon stick
  5. 3-4 cloves
  6. 3-4cardamom
  7. 3-4 sabut kali mirch
  8. 2tbsp cashew powder
  9. 1tbsp raisins
  10. 2 sheets silver warq
  11. 2tbsp cashew
  12. 6-7 saffron strands
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Firstly soaked the rice for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Now grate the paneer,add salt, cashew powder, cornflour mix it and make a soft dough.
  3. Now make a small balls with the help of your palm
  4. Place the kadai on med. flame and deep fry the balls till little golden.
  5. Now cover the balls with silver warq..
  6. Make a rice:-take apan or kadai add desi ghee,jeera when jeera crackle it than add all whole masala's.
  7. Now add kaju little fry it,add raisins and now add water, salt acc.to your taste.
  8. When water boiled than add rice, now add saffron strands and cook the rice on med. heat.
  9. When rice is done than add moti on plate when you serve rice.
