Ingredients to make Paneer kulcha

  • 150 gm panner
  • 1 onion fine chopped
  • 2 tomato fine chopped
  • 1 capsicum fine chopped
  • 1 tspn kitchen king masala
  • 1/2 tspn Kashmiri mirch powder
  • 1/2 tspn black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspn pizza spice mix
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 3 to 4 spoon oil for tadka
  • 50 gm butter
  • 6 kulche
  • 1 handfull chopped coriander

How to make Paneer kulcha

  1. First take a wolk add some oil in it.
  2. Now add chopped onion in hot oil .Fry it till become pink in colour.
  3. Now add chopped capsicum .Saute for 1 min in low medium flame.
  4. After that aad chopped tomato n all spices in it. Mix it well.
  5. When masala leave the pan side add mash paneer n chopped coriander in it . Mix it very gently.
  6. Cover the lid only for 2 min . N stuffing is ready.
  7. Now take 1 kulchas n stuff paneer mixture in it . Cover it with onther kulchas.
  8. Heat a non stick pan. Pour some butter on it.
  9. Now toast stuff kulcha both sides in a low medium flame till it's become crispy .
  10. Now your paneer kulcha is ready to eat .Have it with tomato sauce or green chutney.

My Tip:

You can add cheese also in top of paneer kulcha .its become more tasty .thank you
