ABOUT Fried rice RECIPE

More vegetables. Gives enough time to us ..very easy to make and in less time.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 chopped carrot
  2. 2 chopped onion
  3. 1 chopped capsicum
  4. 1 bowl chopped mushroom
  5. 1 bowl chopped cabbage
  6. Few chopped corriander leaves
  7. 2 chopped tomatoes
  8. 1 tblspn salt
  9. 1tblspn black pepper
  10. 2 tblspn oil
  11. 1 tspn garam masala
  12. 1tblspn soy sauce
  13. 1 bowl broccholi cut into small florets
  14. 1tblspn jeera

Instructions

  1. Take abig wok.
  2. Add oil in it.
  3. Put jeera into it
  4. Then put onion
  5. Saute it
  6. After that put cabbage, carrot, tomatoes, capsicum, mushroom and broccholi.
  7. Now put all the rice in to it.
  8. Mix them.
  9. Now add salt , pepper, garam masala,red chilli and soy sauce.
  10. Mix it and then toss.
  11. Now garnish it with corriander leaves.
