Ingredients to make Fried rice

  • 2 chopped carrot
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 bowl chopped mushroom
  • 1 bowl chopped cabbage
  • Few chopped corriander leaves
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tblspn salt
  • 1tblspn black pepper
  • 2 tblspn oil
  • 1 tspn garam masala
  • 1tblspn soy sauce
  • 1 bowl broccholi cut into small florets
  • 1tblspn jeera

How to make Fried rice

  1. Take abig wok.
  2. Add oil in it.
  3. Put jeera into it
  4. Then put onion
  5. Saute it
  6. After that put cabbage, carrot, tomatoes, capsicum, mushroom and broccholi.
  7. Now put all the rice in to it.
  8. Mix them.
  9. Now add salt , pepper, garam masala,red chilli and soy sauce.
  10. Mix it and then toss.
  11. Now garnish it with corriander leaves.

My Tip:

Intake of veggies.as they are gud for health.easy to made.
