Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Keema - 250 gms
  2. Onion - 2
  3. Tomato - 6
  4. Green chilly - 1
  5. Mint leaves - 15
  6. cardamom - 1
  7. Cinnamon - 1
  8. Cloves - 3
  9. ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
  10. For Marination
  11. Chilly powder - 1tsp
  12. Turmeric and garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp each
  13. Curd - 1tsp
  14. ginger garlic paste - 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate the keema for 30 mins
  2. Heat oil and once it's hot add the cloves cinnamon and Cardamom
  3. Add the Green chilly and onion and fry till the onions turn brown in color
  4. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell is gone
  5. Add a tsp of chilly powder and the marinated keema. Fry it on high flame for 5 mins
  6. Add the tomatoes and pudina or mint leaves. Cover and cook till the tomatoes are cooked
  7. Add 300 ml water and salt to taste. Give a good boil.
  8. Keema Saalan is ready to be served
