Ingredients to make Phool Makhana Ghee Roast

  • Makhana/Lotus seeds/Foxnuts – 1 cup
  • ghee – 1 ½ tsp
  • salt a small pinch (adjust as per your requirement)
  • Chat masala – ¼ tsp (adjust)

How to make Phool Makhana Ghee Roast

  1. In a nonstick pan, heat Ghee. Add makhana. Roast it on a low flame until crisp and crunchy. It will take 8-10 minutes.
  2. Add salt. Mix well.
  3. Remove it to a plate or bowl. Add chat masala. Toss it
  4. Serve.

My Tip:

Use a variety of masalas for seasoning if you want. Roast on a low flame.
