Ingredients to make Paal Ice / Milk Ice

  • milk - 2 cups
  • Condensed milk - 1 Cup
  • Whipped cream - 1 Cup
  • cardamom Pdr -1/4 tspn

How to make Paal Ice / Milk Ice

  1. *Take milk in a vessel and boil it well.then add condensed milk and boil it another 5 mins.let it cool down.
  2. *Now add the whipped cream and cardamom pdr,mix well.Pour it in Popsicle molds till 3/4 th.Close it with a lid and freeze it atleast 8 hrs.
  3. *Next day take it out and carefully show the outer surface under running tap water and release out the popsicle.
  4. *Serve it immediately!!
