Chicken Flower Dumpling

Ingredients to make Chicken Flower Dumpling

  • Chicken (boneless) paste 500 grms
  • Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander paste 2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon
  • Soak Basmati rice for 4-4.5 minute in normal water
  • Black pepper 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and sugar according to ur teste

How to make Chicken Flower Dumpling

  1. Strain rice and spread on a dish.
  2. Mix all ingredients with chicken pest. (Not rice)
  3. Now make small balls from the mixture.
  4. Now put a ball in rice and cover properly with rice. U can make near about 15-18 balls.
  5. Take ur steamer & chicken rice ball place properly ( be care full)
  6. Steam for 15 minutes
  7. Serve hot with veg salad
