Ingredients to make Pasta in white&Red sauce

  • Milk - 1cup
  • Plain flour - 2 to 3 tbspn
  • pasta - 100 gram
  • Tomato pulp -from 2 tomatoes
  • chilly flakes - 2tbspn
  • Chopped garlic - 1 tbspn
  • Chopped onion - 1 small
  • Sliced mushroom - 50gram
  • Chopped capsicum - 1
  • tomato ketchup - 1 1/2 tbspn
  • Cheese - 2 tbspn
  • Oregano -1/2 tbspn
  • salt to taste
  • butter as required

How to make Pasta in white&Red sauce

  1. In a pan heat butter
  2. Add the plain flour to it and cook for few seconds
  3. Once the colour slightly changes add the milk and keep whisking until it gets thick
  4. Once the sauce is thick get it off the flame
  5. Boil the pasta with some salt and keep it aside
  6. In another pan, heat butter and add the chopped onion let it cook for few minutes
  7. Add the chopped veggies, garlic and cook for few minutes
  8. Add the tomato pulp and cook it for atleast 7-8 minutes
  9. Add chilly flakes, oregano, tomato ketchup and mix well
  10. Add boiled pasta to the above ingredients and stir well for few minutes
  11. Add white sauce to the pasta and mix well
  12. Add cheese, salt and mix well
  13. The delicious Creamy veg pasta is ready to serve
