Ingredients to make Mix veg tikki

  • Boiled potatoes - 2
  • Boiled veggies of your choice - 1 cup
  • cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Chat masala - 1/4 tsp
  • chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • salt - as required
  • Corn flour - 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs- 1/2 cup
  • oil for pan frying

How to make Mix veg tikki

  1. Mash all the vegetables and potatoes together
  2. Add all the spice powders and salt and make a dough using 2 tsp corn flour and shape small balls and press it to get tikki shape.
  3. Make a paste with 1 tbsp corn flour and 2 tbsp water and bread crumbs nearby ready
  4. Dip the tikkis in corn flour paste and roll over breadcrumbs and keep aside
  5. Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil to it and pan fry the tikkis till it's browned
  6. Serve with ketchup
