Ingredients to make Chilli cheese Dosa

  • Dosa batter - 1 cup
  • Cheese ( of your choice) - 1 cube
  • chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • oil for dosa

How to make Chilli cheese Dosa

  1. Pour dosa on a pan and grate cheese over it
  2. Season some salt if you need and add chilli flakes
  3. Pour oil over the dosa and cover it with a lid with medium flame
  4. Do not flip the dosa. Once the cheese is melted the dosa is cooked remove from pan and serve with chutney/ketchup
