ABOUT Home made chocolates RECIPE

Chocolate is a typically sweet, usually brown food preparation of Theobroma cacao seeds, roasted and ground. It is made in the form of a liquid, paste, or in a block, or used as a flavoring ingredient in other foods.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dark compound 1/2 cup
  2. Milk compound 1 cup
  3. Roaated mix Dry fruits 1/4 cup (i have used this almonds, raisons, pistachio, ceshew nuts )

Instructions

  1. Grate the chocolate compound.
  2. Then melt compound using double boiler.
  3. Now add roasted dry fruits and mix it well.
  4. Now transfer the chocolates in chocolate moulds.
  5. Refrigerate it for 1 hour.
  6. Take it out from freeze now it is ready to serve.
  7. You can decorate it by using silver foil or but decorative papers available in market.
