Aloo paneer gravy( without onion garlic)

Ingredients to make Aloo paneer gravy( without onion garlic)

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 75 gm paneer
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • pinch asafoetida
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • coriander, for garnish

How to make Aloo paneer gravy( without onion garlic)

  1. Heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds and asafoetida.
  2. Add chopped potatoes and paneer cubes to it and sauté for a min.
  3. Add tomato purée and mix well.
  4. Add chopped green chillies, salt and all dry spices and mix .
  5. Sauté for 2-3 mins and then add water to make gravy.
  6. Cover and cook for 1-2 mins and then switch off the gas.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
