Ingredients to make simple chilli paneer

  • paneer 1 pack
  • 2 to 3 green chilli
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2tdp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

How to make simple chilli paneer

  1. cut the paneer into cubes
  2. heat the pan add 1 tbsp oil when oil is hot add paneer cube fry until golden color and this to hot water till u start your next step
  3. in the same pan add oil add chopped onion stir for 2 minutes then add green chilli stir for few seconds then add ginger garlic paste stir until raw smell evaporates
  4. now add chili powder turmeric cumin powder stir for 1 minute
  5. now add fried paneer soya sauce chilli garlic sauce ketchup and salt mix well and add coriander leave stir for 2 minutes on a low flame switch off the flame serve hot as starter thank you happy cooking
