  • Chenna dal 1/4 cup
  • onion 1/2
  • tomato 1
  • garlic 10 nos
  • cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Tamarin 1 Gooseberry size
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Asafodia 1/4 tsp
  • oil 1 tsp
  • Musturd 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli 2
  • salt as per taste

How to make Bottle gourd dal sambar

  1. WASHED CHENNA DAL & MONG DAL, ONION , TOMATO, GARLIC AND FEW PINCH OF ASAFODIA ADD WATER COOK.
  2. TAKE BOTTEL GOURD AND CUT INTO PIECES.
  3. ADD CUMIN POWDER, SALT CHILLI POWDER,
  4. MIX ALL WELL. KEEP IT ASAIDE FOR 10 MIN.
  5. ADD BOTTEL GOURD TO COOK WITH MASHED DAL.
  6. TAKE TAMARIN WATER
  7. ADD AND LEAVE THEM TO BOIL
  8. SEASONING WITH MUSTURD,HING (OPTIONAL) AND RED CHILLI
  9. MIX IMMIDIATLY BOTTLE GOURD DAL SAMBAR IS READY FOR KIDS
