Paneer Soya Bhurji

Ingredients to make Paneer Soya Bhurji

  • Soya nuggets 100gm
  • paneer cubes or grated 100gm
  • ginger grated 1tsp
  • Beans finely chopped 50 gm
  • cabbage cut in strips 50 gm
  • carrot chopped 50 gm
  • kasturi methi 2tsp
  • tomato ketchup 5tsp
  • Chillies
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • oil 2tsp

How to make Paneer Soya Bhurji

  1. First soak the nuggets and grind with milk to coarse mixture.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan add ginger and soya grinded mixture and pepper powder.
  3. Now add chopped beans and carrot. Shallow fry them on low flame thoroughly till the nuggets are cooked.
  4. Cook thoroughly and cover lid. For garnish add cheese slices and grated paneer. &nbs
  5. Now add panner and tomato ketchup with other sauces. Add chillies and kasturi methi.
  6. Garnish with chillies and spring onions as per choice
