  • 1/2 cup white powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 drop Ameri red gel
  • 6 tbsp flour

  1. INGRIDENTS:WHITE CHOCOLATE 4OZ.BUTTER 100GM,2 EGGS AND 2 EGG YOLKS,
  2. TAKE 4 OZ WHITE CHOCOLATE
  3. ADD 100 GRMS BUTTER
  4. MELT THE BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 1 MIN,STIRING IN 30 SEC INTERVAL
  5. MIX TILL THE CHOCOLATE MELTS
  6. TAKE 2 EGGS
  7. ADD 2 EGG YOLKS
  8. TAKE A HAND WHISK AND WHISK THE EGGS
  9. ADD 1 DROP OF AMERI RED COLOUR GEL AND MIX
  10. WHISK
  11. ADD THE MELTED WHITE CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER MIXTURE
  12. GENTLY WHISK
  13. TAKE THE DRY INGRIDENTS AND MIX THEM.TAKE 1/2 CUP SUGAR AND SEIVE IT
  14. ADD 6 TBSP FLOUR.SEIVW FLOUR TOO
  15. ADD 1 TSP COCO PWDR

  22. CUT IMMEDIATELY.IF THE CAKE GETS COLD THE LAVA WILL FREEZE.
