Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. Cabbage -1/4 cup
  3. onion -1 big size
  4. Green chilli -1-2 (as per taste)
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chilli powder-1/4 tsp Method
  7. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  8. Coriander powder-1/2 tbsp
  9. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  10. Black pepper powder to taste
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. wash & cut cabbage & onion.finely chopped green chillies.in a big bowl add vegetables & add besan & all the spices & salt.heat oil in a Kadai drop pakoda batter and deep fry them.Put on paper towel to remove excessive oil
