Egg Biryani

Ingredients to make Egg Biryani

  • rice 1 cup
  • onion 1 and half
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • tomato 1
  • chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Biryani masala 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • cinnamon 2
  • cardamom 2
  • cloves 2
  • coriander leaves as required
  • mint leaves as required
  • egg 2
  • curd 1/2 cup

How to make Egg Biryani

  1. Boil eggs and keep it aside.
  2. In pressure cooker heat ghee add chinnamon,cardamom,cloves.fry for 2 min.now add onion.saute it well till golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste.cook for 5 min.add tomato,salt, coriander powder,biryani masala,chilli powder.mix well.add curd
  4. Put holes on the egg and add it into masala paste.cook for 10 min in low flame.add water ,rice ,mint leaves, coriander leaves.
  5. Let it allow for boil.now close the lid.wait for 1 whistle.cook in low flame. (Normal Rice --3 whistles Basmati rice--1 whistles)
  6. Serve it hot with onion raita

My Tip:

U can add potato also.
