Ingredients to make Khubani ka Meetha

  • 2 Cup Dried Turkish Apricots (golden and seedless)
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 12 Almonds chopped
  • 4 Scoops Vanilla Ice cream
  • 1 cup water

How to make Khubani ka Meetha

  1. Soak the dried apricots in 2 Cup water for overnight or atleast 8 hours.
  2. In a pan heat the water and add sugar to it. Add the apricots and let it cook on high flame for 5 minutes/
  3. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes and then turn off the gas.
  4. Garnish with chopped almonds and serve with vanilla ice cream
