Ingredients to make Peas idli

  • Sooji (semolina ) 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • baking soda 1/4 spoon
  • peas 1/2 cup
  • 2 cup buttermilk
  • water as required

How to make Peas idli

  1. Take a sooji . Add buttermilk.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Rest for 30 minutes
  4. Add salt and baking soda.
  5. Add peas in the batter.
  6. Pour 2 tsp of the batter into each greased idli mould and stem in a steamer for 8 to 10 minutes.

My Tip:

Serve hot.
