Ingredients to make Onion Peas Kachori
- For Stuffing:- 1 cup Onion (finely chopped), 2 cup peas (boiled and drained), cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander powder, powder, amchoor powder, salt, chickpeas flour (2tbsp)
- For Kachori:- 3 cup all-purpose , ½ tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, ½ cup oil.
- for Deep frying
