Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pease Pulao Ingridients
  2. 1 cup Basmati Rice
  3. 1/2 cup green pease
  4. 1 inch cinnamon stick
  5. 1 star anase
  6. 1 black cardamom
  7. 2green cardamom
  8. 4 cloves
  9. 2 bay leaf
  10. 1 green chilli
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1tbsp Ghee
  13. As needed chopped coriander leaves
  14. Mutton curry Ingridients
  15. 1/2 kg mutton
  16. 5_6 chopped onions
  17. 1/2 cup yogurt
  18. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  19. 1TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  20. 1tbsp Coriander powder
  21. 1TSP CUMIN POWDER
  22. 1tbsp garam masala powder
  23. 1/4tsp Turmeric powder
  24. 1 black cardamom
  25. 1/2 inch cinnamon
  26. 1bay leaf
  27. 1tsp Cumin seeds
  28. 2tbsp oil
  29. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Pease pulao method....First soak the rice atleast 1/2hour
  2. Now take a cooker add ghee when ghee heated then add star anas,green cardamom, black cardamom,bay leaf,cloves, green chillie and cinemon stick fry2,3 seconds.
  3. Now add green Pease mix it cook it In a 2 minutes.after 2 minutes add basmati rice and salt mix it Add water 11/2cup stir it.now allow it comes one boil.
  4. After coming one boil cover the lid and allow it comes 2 wissels.
  5. After 2 wissels switch off the flame and cool down the cooker.
  6. After cooldown the cooker open cooker lid and add chopped coriander leaves it's ready to serve enjoy!
  7. Mutton curry method.......First take vessel add cleaned meat pieces, ginger garlic paste,all dry masala,yougurt,and give it a good mix keep a side atleast 1/2hour.
  8. After 1/2hour marinated your meat.
  9. Now take a kadhai add oil when oil is heat then add cumin seeds, cardamom,cinemon and bay leaf fry some seconds then add chopped onion fry until it's turned golden brown colour.
  10. Then add marinated meat cook it in atleast 10 minutes.
  11. After 10 minutes add water 3 cups,salt mix it and cover the lid and cook it in low to medium flame atleast 1/2 hour.
  12. After 1/2an hour check it if you want cook it another 5 minutes.After 5 minutes open the lid and add chopped coriander leaves mix it and switch off the flame it's ready to serve!
  13. This way you can made mutton curry it's taste awesome.
