  • banana : 2
  • Milk : 1/2 litre
  • sugar : 2 tablespoons
  • Horlicks : 2 tablespoons
  • Boost : 2 tablespoons
  • badam : 3
  • cashews : 3
  • pistachios : 3
  • raisins : 3
  • Icecream : 2 tablespoons

How to make Sharja Shake

  1. Boil the milk, let cool and keep it in the fridge.
  2. Pour the chilled milk into a mixie jar.
  3. Add Horlicks, boost, sugar and sliced bananas.
  4. Blend them well to get a lump-free shake.
  5. Add the ice cream and blend it again.
  6. Transfer to a cup and sprinkle all the nuts on top of it.
  7. Serve chilled.
