  • 2 pack.of marie biscuits
  • 1 pack.of glucose biscuits
  • 4 spoons of cocoa pd
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Handfull of raisins and wallnuts
  • Castor sugar half cup
  • Melted chocolate half cup

How to make No bake Chocolate Ganache cake

  1. Firstly crush the biscuits in a grinder..put all the mixture in a box..now add nuts ..mix it..Then take cocoa pd and sugar mix it well by adding water in it..pour the liquid in the biscuits..now keep this mix in refrigerator for 15 min.
  2. Then take a wok add fresh cream in it ..add melted chocolate..and heat both the ingridients till they get thick..now take the mix out from the fridge.and pour the cream choco mix in the biscuits box.Then keep it in fridge again for 15 to 20 min.now demould the biscuit ganache cake out.
