Egg roll

Ingredients to make Egg roll

  • 250 gm wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2-3 green chillies, chopped
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp refined vegetable oil

How to make Egg roll

  1. Knead a soft dough using wheat flour,1 tbsp oil, sugar, 1/2 tsp salt and water.
  2. Cover with a wet cloth and leave it for 30 minutes.
  3. Add lemon juice to cucumber and onion. Mix well and keep aside for five minutes.
  4. Add green chillies.
  5. Make five even balls of the dough.
  6. Roll each ball to make round parathas.
  7. Heat oil on a tava. Cook paratha on both sides and keep aside.
  8. Beat one egg and add salt.
  9. In a tawa, add oil and make an omelette on low flame.
  10. Place the paratha over the semi-cooked egg. Flip it.
  11. Place the cucumber and onion filling over the egg.
  12. Add tomato and green chilli sauce.
  13. Roll the paratha with the filling. Wrap with a paper towel.
  14. Serve hot.
