Ingredients to make Corn stuffed dosa

  • Boiled corns.
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 3 tomato puree
  • 2 tblspn sambhar masala
  • 1tblspn salt
  • 1tspn red chilli powder
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1tspn haldi powder
  • Few corriander leaves chopped
  • 1 bowl batter
  • 1tspn mustard seeds.
  • coconut chutney
  • Green chutney
  • oil

How to make Corn stuffed dosa

  1. In a bowl of batter add salt.
  2. Keep it aside.
  3. Now boil corns also .
  4. Keep it aside.
  5. Then for stuffing take a wok.
  6. Put oil in it.
  7. Put mustard seeds.
  8. Add onions and fry it.
  9. Add haldi powder also.
  10. Now add puree.
  11. After 2 minutes add salt, red chilli powder, boiled corns,
  12. Now add lemon juice and corriander leaves.
  13. Mix it very well.
  14. Now for dosa take flat pan or tawa.
  15. Brush it with oil.
  16. Now 2 tblspn batter on it.
  17. Spread it.
  18. Now again flip it.
  19. Spread the stuffing.
  20. Make it brown and crispy.
  21. Then fold it.
  22. Serve it hot with coconut chutney and green chutney.
