  • FOR STRAWBERRY JAM
  • 1.5 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • SOUFFLE
  • 2 eggs separated
  • 1 tbsp apf
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • RAMEKINS OR BAKONG TINS
  • 1 tbsp butter for lining the baking tins
  • Castor sugar for sprinkling

How to make Strawberry Souffle

  1. TAKE 1.5 CUPS CHOPPED FRESH STRAWBERRIES
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP SUGAR
  3. MIX
  4. LET IT ALL BUBBLE UP
  5. THIS IS ALL DONE.LET IT COOL FOR SOMETIME.
  6. MEAN WHILE TAKE YOUR MOULDS AND APPLY BUTTER TO IT
  7. ADD POWDERED SUGAR AND SPREAD
  8. TAKE YOUR STRAWBERRY PUREE AND GRIND
  9. IT SHOULD BE SMOOTH
  10. TAKE A PAN AND ADD 1 TBSP BUTTER
  11. ADD 1 TBSP FLOUR AND COOK THE FLOUR FOR SOMETIME
  12. ADD 1/2 CUP MILK
  13. KEEP STIRING QUICKLY.THIS IS THE RIGHT CONSISTENCY
  14. TRANSFER THIS INTO A BOWL
  15. SEPARATE 2 EGGS AND YOLKS
  16. IN OUR FLOUR(WHITE SAUCE)ADD 1 YOLK AND WHISK
  17. KEEP WHISKING TILL THE YOLK GETS ALL MIXED AND ONLY WHITE COLOUR IS SEEN.ADD 2ND YOLK AND REPEAT
  18. TAKE THE EGG WHITES AND START WHISKING
  19. WHEN EGG WHITES TURN LITTLE WHITE ADD 1TBSP SUGAR & WHISK AGAIN.WHISK TILL STIFF PEAKS ARE FORMED
  20. TAKE THE YOLK MIXTURE,ADD 1 TBSP EGG WHITES &ADD THE STRAWBERRY PUREE
  21. NOW JUST FOLD THE MIXTURE.DONOT WHISK AFTER THIS POINT
  22. GENTLY FOLD.CUT AND FOLD METHOD
  23. ADD THE YOLK MIXTURE INTO THE EGG WHITES
  24. AND GENTLY FOLD TILL ALL INCORPORATED
  25. FILL THE SOUFFLE BATTER IN THE GREASED BAKING DISHES.YOU CAN USE RAMEKENS
  26. TAP THEM AND PLACE ON UR BAKING RACK
  27. BAKE THEM FOR 12 TO 15 MINS AT PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 D.YOU WILL SEE THE SOUFFLE RISE
  28. THESE SOUFFLE WILL FALL IMMEDIATELY DON'T WORRY WON'T AFFECT THE TASTE
