ABOUT Doodh ka Sharbat with Crunch RECIPE

Today, I'm here with a lovely drink to be had in this lovely weather, either warm or chilled. I enjoyed my glass of Doodh ka Sharbat chilled in this chill weather :). Along with its taste, it's nutritious as well as it has got almonds and pistachios in it. It can also be had for iftars as well as any time to satiate your taste buds and boost your energy instantly.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milk - 1 litre
  2. Sugar - 1/2 cup adjust according to preference
  3. Cardamom - 2-3
  4. Rose water - 1 tbsp
  5. Saffron - 1/4 tsp
  6. Almonds - 1 tbsp blanched and sliced
  7. Pistachios - 1 tbsp blanched and sliced

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a pot until it reduces to 3/4 quantity
  2. Add sugar and cardamom. Simmer till sugar melts
  3. Add rose water and saffron
  4. Switch off the flame and bring the milk to room temperature
  5. Add almonds and pistachios and stir
  6. Place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to get it chilled
  7. Pour in serving glasses and enjoy!!
