Doodh ka Sharbat with Crunch

Ingredients to make Doodh ka Sharbat with Crunch

  • Milk - 1 litre
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup adjust according to preference
  • Cardamom - 2-3
  • Rose water - 1 tbsp
  • Saffron - 1/4 tsp
  • Almonds - 1 tbsp blanched and sliced
  • Pistachios - 1 tbsp blanched and sliced

How to make Doodh ka Sharbat with Crunch

  1. Boil milk in a pot until it reduces to 3/4 quantity
  2. Add sugar and cardamom. Simmer till sugar melts
  3. Add rose water and saffron
  4. Switch off the flame and bring the milk to room temperature
  5. Add almonds and pistachios and stir
  6. Place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to get it chilled
  7. Pour in serving glasses and enjoy!!
