Ingredients to make palak paneer

  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cup spinach purée
  • 200 gm paneer
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp kasoori methi
  • salt, to taste

How to make palak paneer

  1. In a wok, heat oil and add grated onion.
  2. Sauté till light brown, then add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min.
  3. Add tomato purée and mix well.
  4. Add salt and other dry spices and mix well.
  5. Add paneer cubes and sauté for a min.
  6. Add spinach purée and mix well .
  7. Cover and cook for 1-2 mins then switch off the gas.
  8. Serve hot.
