Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Semolina 1 cup
  2. Sprout 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Baking soda 1/4 spoon
  5. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take a semolina.
  2. Add curd .mix well in the bowl.
  3. Rest for 30 minutes'.
  4. Add salt, baking soda and sprout .mix well.
  5. Pour 2 tsp of the batter into each greased mould and stem in a steamer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
