Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients to make Vegetable Pizza

  • 3 onions thinly chopped
  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 2 pizza base
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp chilli sauce
  • Butter as much as required
  • Salt to taste

How to make Vegetable Pizza

  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Add onions, salt and saute for few minutes. Then add tomatoes.
  3. As they become tender, add black pepper, ketchup and chilli sauce. Mix well.
  4. Take the pizza base and grease it with butter on the bottom part.
  5. Spread the vegetable mixture on the upper part and top it with grated cheese.
  6. Bake till the cheese melts and the base turns slightly brown. Serve hot.
