  • 4 Soaked dried red chillies
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Red Chilli Sauce
  • 2 Large onions diced
  • 4 tbsp hung curd
  • Oil for shallow frying and brushing

  1. MARINATE THE CHICKEN WITH CURD AND SALT. KEEP ASIDE FOR ST LEAST 1 HOUR.
  2. MAKE A COURSE PASTE IN MIXER WITH ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL.
  3. MARINATE THE CHICKEN LEGS WITH THIS COURSE PASTE AND AGAIN KEEP IT FOR 1 HOUR.
  4. TAKE 3 TBSP OIL ON A PAN AND FRY IT FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES.
  5. PREHEAT THE OVEN/TANDOOR AT 180 DEGREE CENTIGRADE FOR 10 MINUTE. BAKE THE LEGS AFTER BRUSHING OIL, FOR 10 MINUTES.
  6. SERVE HOT WITH LACCHA PARATHA.
