  • Onion1
  • tomato 1
  • red chilli 2
  • garlic 5
  • salt as required
  • Seasoning::
  • Mustard urad dal 1 tsp
  • curry leaves as required
  • red chilli 1

How to make Carrot tomato chutney

  1. In pan heat oil add channa Dal and onion saute it well.after add tomato,grated carrot,garlic,red chilli
  2. Cook for 10-15 min in low flame.add little oil.
  3. Add salt and grind it by using little water
  4. For seasoning add mustard urad dal,curry leaves and red chilli
  5. Add little grated carrot for granishing
