Ingredients to make Egg koftha

  • potatoes- 500 grams ( boiled and smashed)
  • egg 2 boiled ( cut into small vertical pieces)
  • onion 2 chopped
  • chilly 1 chopped
  • chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • ginger small piece grated
  • coriander leaves harmful
  • oil - 4 Tablespoon
  • Bread crumps 1 cup
  • egg white 1
  • salt to taste
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Egg koftha

  1. Heat oil in a pan fry ginger green chilly and onion till light brown.
  2. Add salt chilly powder and coriander leaves.
  3. Then add smashed potato and mix properly .leave to cool. 
  4. Cover each piece of egg with potato mixture and shape it into koftha
  5. Prepare all the egg pieces in the same way . 
  6. Dip it in egg white and roll it in bread crumps and deep fry till golden brown. Koftha is ready to serve
