Broccoli moong daal dosa

Ingredients to make Broccoli moong daal dosa

  • 1/2cup moong daal
  • 2spoon broccoli paste
  • 1/2spoon garlic and green chilly paste
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4spoon red chilly powder (optional)
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • water as per need

How to make Broccoli moong daal dosa

  1. Soak moong daal for 2hours and than grind make a smooth paste not so thin not so thick
  2. Add broccoli chopped coriander leaves salt garlic paste and redchilly paste and mix well
  3. Heat a non stick twa or pan and pour the batter with spoon and spred in thin layer
  4. Cook both side if you want than apply some oil . I don't have use oil
  5. Serve with potato sabji or chutney
