Matar ki khatti sabji

Ingredients to make Matar ki khatti sabji

  • peas 1 cup
  • butter milk 2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • garlic paste 1 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  • asafoetida a pinch

How to make Matar ki khatti sabji

  1. Take a pressure cooker .
  2. Add oil. Asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds.
  3. Add matar. Add all spices.
  4. Then add little water.
  5. And take 2 whistle.
  6. After open the cooker add buttermilk and stir well so masala dissolved in it.
