Jaggery chocolate hearts

Ingredients to make Jaggery chocolate hearts

  • 1/2 bowl grated jaggery
  • 2 tsp white seasame
  • 1/4 tsp ghee
  • 2-3 spoon water
  • 1/2 bowl grinded dark chocolate

How to make Jaggery chocolate hearts

  1. Keep the pan on slow flame
  2. Add ghee, jaggery .Mix till jaggery melts.
  3. Add seasame seeds and 2-3 spoon water.mix properly.
  4. Turn off the heat.
  5. Pour the batter in heart shaped silicon mould half filled.
  6. Tap the mould gently and leave for 5 min.
  7. Meanwhile melt the chocolate using double boiler method .
  8. Pour the chocolate over half filled silicon mould so that cavities get filled completely .Tap the mould again and leave for 10-15 min. till chocolate solidifies properly.
  9. Take out chocolate jaggery hearts from the mould and serve.

My Tip:

Be careful using double boiler method.
