Ingredients to make Mumbia Vada Pav.

  • 4 pav.
  • 5 boil n mash potato
  • salt
  • 1chopp onion.
  • 2 green chillies.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli
  • 1/4tsp chat masala.
  • 2 cup besan
  • salt.
  • 2 tbs green chatni
  • 2 tbs red chatni.
  • oil for frying.

How to make Mumbia Vada Pav.

  1. Mash boil potatoes.
  2. Add chopp onion.n green chilli.
  3. Add salt n all masalas
  4. Make smooth dough.
  5. Make d better of besan adding salt.
  6. Heat oil
  7. Make d ball of potato dough
  8. Dip in besan better n fry it.
  9. Remove half done.
  10. Press it.n refry it.
  11. Heat pav on tawa.
  12. Slit in centre.
  13. Spread green chatni in it.
  14. Put vada n press it.
  15. Serve with red chatni.

My Tip:

Make half done when serve refry it.
