Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Toor dal 1/2 cup
  2. Coconut 4 tsp
  3. Brinjal 2
  4. Drumstick 1
  5. Carrot 1
  6. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  7. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  8. Sambar powder 2 tsp
  9. Onion 1
  10. Tomato 2
  11. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  12. Mustard urad dal 1 tsp
  13. Curry leaves 1 string

Instructions

  1. In pressure add dal and tomato with water cook for 15 min.
  2. Now add all veggies and all spice powder .
  3. Add water.add coconut paste .wait for 1-2 whistles.
  4. Seasoning:: In pan heat oil add mustard urad dal,onion,Curry leaves and red chilli. Add it to sambar
