ABOUT Tangy Corn Salad RECIPE

When you don't want to eat heavy stuff try in lunch or dinner try this recipe, it's light ,healthy, tasty, tangy & something which full fill your stomach also. Good for weight loss also & can be made comfortably.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled corn
  2. 2 spring onions
  3. 2 tomatoes medium size
  4. 1 Capsicum
  5. 1/2 Lemon juice
  6. 1/4 tea spoon black pepper
  7. 1/4 tea spoon haldi powder
  8. 1 tea spoon oregano seasoning or mix herbs
  9. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Firstly boiled the corn in pressure cooker by add salt and turmeric powder
  2. Take a bowl put boiled corn into it
  3. Chopped spring onions finely
  4. Now take tomatoes and capsicum brush them with oil and roast them (by roasting them flavours increased)
  5. Chopped the capsicum and tomatoes by removing the black skin
  6. Add onions, capsicum & tomatoes in corn
  7. Now add salt, pepper, oregano seasoning and lemon juice mix well
  8. Tangy corn salad is ready to eat
