Tangy Corn Salad

Ingredients to make Tangy Corn Salad

  • 1 cup boiled corn
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 tomatoes medium size
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/4 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1/4 tea spoon haldi powder
  • 1 tea spoon oregano seasoning or mix herbs
  • salt as per taste

How to make Tangy Corn Salad

  1. Firstly boiled the corn in pressure cooker by add salt and turmeric powder
  2. Take a bowl put boiled corn into it
  3. Chopped spring onions finely
  4. Now take tomatoes and capsicum brush them with oil and roast them (by roasting them flavours increased)
  5. Chopped the capsicum and tomatoes by removing the black skin
  6. Add onions, capsicum & tomatoes in corn
  7. Now add salt, pepper, oregano seasoning and lemon juice mix well
  8. Tangy corn salad is ready to eat

You adjust the seasoning according to your taste
