Ingredients to make Curry leaves Chicken tikka with roasted Baby Potatoes

  • Chicken tikka piece
  • Baby potatos 5 to 6
  • Curry leaves - few sprigs
  • Crushed red chillies - 2 to 3
  • Green chilli 1 to 2
  • Ginger garlic - 2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Yogurt - 1/4 cup
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tsp any tikka masala
  • Juice of 1 lemon

How to make Curry leaves Chicken tikka with roasted Baby Potatoes

  1. Marinate the chicken with all of the above ingredients except the baby potatoes.
  2. Marinate for 2 hours, then cook in a deep pan with 3 tsp oil and add in the potatoes.
  3. After 15 minutes, put Tikka masala and cook till you get some colour.
  4. Grill in the microwave and at last give smoke of charcoal and garnish with coriander.

My Tip:

Marinate over night for the taste to become more well absorbed.
