Cauliflower soup

Ingredients to make Cauliflower soup

  • cauliflower 1 small
  • onion 1 no sliced
  • carrot 1no chopped
  • Beans few chopped
  • Milk 1cup
  • garlic cloves 5 nos
  • Black pepper powder 1tsp
  • chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1tsp
  • Basil leaves 1tsp
  • butter/oil 1tsp
  • salt as per taste

How to make Cauliflower soup

  1. Clean and chop the veggies. Cut cauliflower in med size florets
  2. Heat butter /oil in a pressure cooker, add chopped onion, garlic. Saute 30sec.
  3. Add chopped veggies and saute 2mins on high.
  4. Add 1cup water and pressure cook till 2/3 whistles. Switch off and let it release the steam.
  5. After steam released completely blend the steamed veggies.
  6. Pour this mixture in a heavy bottomed pan and add milk.
  7. Cook till one boil comes and add salt and all the seasoning. Mix well.
  8. Switch off and serve hot.
